The Story

Until recently, residents of Harlem and the Upper West Side had limited access to Mount Sinai’s oncology services. With the new infusion suite at its Morningside campus, the health system brings vital care directly into the community. Designed as the first phase of a larger build-out, the 2,300 SF renovation provides immediate functionality while anticipating seamless integration with future expansion.

To ensure continuity between phases, the layout was planned holistically. A centralized nurse station offers visibility across all infusion bays, supporting both patient monitoring and staff efficiency. The space is bright, intuitive, and deeply aligned with Mount Sinai’s commitment to expanding equitable access to cancer care.
