Darren has design and project coordination expertise in all areas of the industry. His technical focus ensures a proper coordination between building engineering elements, the established building program and the aesthetic goals of the institution. As Practice Area Leader of architecture at Array, Darren oversees the project architects, closely examining and fulfilling client design needs, coordinating efforts with consultants and ensuring the proper development of documents.

Lindsey brings 16 years’ experience to her role as Practice Leader of Planning. Her diverse skills in master planning and architectural design allow her to solve intricate planning challenges. Lindsey brings a human-centered approach to planning, considering patient, provider, and staff experience while remaining mindful of operational impacts and healthcare best practices. Her work has been featured in Healthcare Design, Medical Construction & Design, and Contract Magazine – among other publications.
