ColumbiaDoctors sought to expand its footprint in Westchester County by creating a regional destination that offered access to its academic specialists in a convenient, community-based setting. At the heart of the Tarrytown facility’s first floor is a comprehensive imaging suite, designed to support a broad range of diagnostic needs in coordination with adjacent clinical services.

By integrating imaging alongside primary care, cardiology, orthopedics, and women’s health, the layout allows patients to receive high-quality diagnostics and follow-up care in one visit. This model enhances care coordination while reinforcing ColumbiaDoctors’ reputation for academic excellence beyond its main campus. The 2021 imaging upgrades further ensured the technology remained state-of-the-art, aligning with the organization's long-term vision for multispecialty satellite care.

The project also marked the first implementation of ColumbiaDoctors’ standardized clinical and aesthetic guidelines outside of Manhattan—establishing a design framework for future regional facilities.
