The Story

Och Spine at NewYork-Presbyterian brings together world-renowned experts from both Columbia and Weill Cornell to lead advances in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disorders. Over several years, Array has partnered with NYP to develop a consistent design language for Och Spine facilities across multiple campuses—tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each site while reinforcing a cohesive brand.

At Weill Cornell Medical Center, this vision took shape within the Greenberg Pavilion, where an existing patient care unit was thoughtfully modernized to support Och Spine’s growing inpatient program. The design prioritizes both patient comfort and operational efficiency: private rooms replaced former semi-private configurations; team zones and decentralized storage were reorganized to streamline workflow and minimize interruptions; and durable, restorative finishes were selected to enhance resilience and patient wellbeing. The result is a forward-looking, high-performance care environment that reflects Och Spine’s leadership in spine care innovation.
