
Array Welcomes Kristin Seage as Philadelphia Studio Director
With over 18 years of experience leading complex design and construction projects, Seage brings extensive expertise in project leadership, strategic planning, and multidisciplinary team coordination to Array's healthcare practice.

Seage's portfolio spans leading project teams, contributing project and career mentorship, supporting proposal development, and overseeing more than $1B portfolio of construction initiatives. Her career highlights include Air Products North American Headquarters (Allentown, PA) and the Chubb Tower (Philadelphia, PA). She has led large-scale projects, designed and documented diverse capital projects, and successfully delivered high-value construction projects.
In her previous role as a senior project manager and architect, Seage has directed all phases of project execution, provided strategic asset planning, managed budgets and schedules, and contributed to the success of multiple projects through her leadership style and ability to align complex projects with client priorities. Her work demonstrates expertise in project management, bringing this expertise to Array o deliver innovative healthcare environments that enhance operational performance and improve the patient experience.

As Studio Director, Seage will support project delivery, staff development and strategic growth within the region. She joins Negin Marrs and Caitlin DiMarzo in leading Array's Philadelphia Studio, a strengthened leadership team dedicated to guiding impactful design work, supporting project teams and deepening client partnerships across the region.
